Pumping a pit out only fixes today. We seal and waterproof the pit so the water stops coming back, and the equipment above it stops corroding on a cycle.

How we work
Wet pits are common in coastal buildings, basement carparks and anywhere a pit has been wet for a while. Left alone, the water brings corrosion, and corrosion brings breakdowns.
Pump-outs and cleaning run through Clean Steps, the industrial cleaning business we acquired. It works under an electrical contractor's licence across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, with purpose-built machines and operators who are qualified lift technicians and electricians.
A flooded pit usually keeps the lift out of service until it's dry. We can pump it out, clean it, treat the steelwork and seal it, so it stays dry.
